‘Game Change for a Sustainable Future’

This was a new category and the judges were looking for change stories with strategic solutions for a sustainable future.

Boston Scientific started the process pre-COVID 19, recognising that they needed to embed a more future focus in the organisation, with a strategic long term horizon.  

Working with up to 150 leaders they established a strong partnership with Xenergie, supported by ICBE Skillnet.

It helped bring great breadth and clarity at all levels of the organisation, internalisation of the development and delivered strong metrics 3 years on. The judges appreciated the clear narrative and story.
