PTSB – PTSB People Team of the Year

The judges found a very comprehensive demonstration of a relatively new team’s work and the commitment to evolve all aspects of the people strategy to transform and shape the culture.

The team delivered a very engaging presentation. Real innovation was shown through the launch of the culture charter with 12 culture enablers and a laser focus on DEI initiatives. The impressive metrics included 100% of the workforce being proud to work in PTSB.
