Grant Thornton – Grant Thornton’s integrated approach to Sustainability: embracing sustainable people practices

The Grant Thorton People Strategy aims to integrate sustainability as ‘business as usual’ within workforce practices. To ensure people and the planet thrive, they focused on enhancing employee wellbeing, a skills-first learning and development approach, people-centered policies and processes.

They showed a very open and transparent approach and strong delivery. There were examples of extensive collaboration and innovation, particularly by having sustainability metrics in individual performance.
