Rod is Head of Human Resources at Institute of Technology Sligo having spent 20 years in HR leadership roles in the private sector with Pramerica, Abbott and UnitedHealth Group. 

Rod holds Chartered Fellow membership of CIPD and was previously the Chair of CIPD North West region and a member of CIPD Ireland national committee.
