Permanent TSB – New Ways of Working
The judges were presented with a very professional ‘holistic’ and sustainable change plan for Permanent TSB. It adopted an inclusive approach to co-create and co-deploy all aspects of the change, together with all levels of the organisation.
It was very people centric, incorporating a strong people framework that could provide a ”template to success” for the Irish Banking Culture Board. The plan was very measurable, with clear strong evidence-based KPIs. The judges found it innovative, creative and a team who were very committed and capable to deliver on the rest of the journey.
