‘Fueling active learning and a growth mindset to build the future capabilities for Bank of Ireland’
This intervention was very contemporary and had a strong focus on the employee user experience ambition to make everyone ‘Digitally able’. It was driven over a number of years using quantitative and qualitative data inputs and led to a prioritisation of a significant learning investment.
It encouraged curious learners – identified as being highly value adding and adapted to how people consume content – nudges, podcasts etc. This initiative considered organisation change as well as L&D and the culture KPIs were fully embedded.
