This was an excellent presentation which gave the judges a clear insight to the culture of Fidelity, its compassion, how it listen to emplloyees, and what it’s like to work there.

There were multiple examples of innovation in practice and leveraging technology to support employees. The team showed strong evidence of the values in action and examples of the positive impact on employees. Overall, this was deemed to be interesting, engaging and high quality.
