Cat Kiely is a HR Director with Flutter International. Her role is to define a people strategy for the Commercial and Strategy functions and driving it across all the international locations. Previously Cat has worked both locally and globally across both Pharma and Technology matrix organizations. This has given her a broad experience of different cultures and large complex organisations.
