Majella Fahy is a lecturer in Human Resource Management at UCD’s College of Business. Before pursuing an academic career, Majella worked as a HR manager and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. She is a member of the CAREWELL  research team.

The CAREWELL project is a collaboration between researchers from UCD in partnership with Family Carers Ireland. The project examines how employees who are family carers can be best supported to balance work with caregiving, and aims to promote health and well-being through the development of an evidence-informed workplace programme for carers.
