Rosarii joined Tusla as National Director People and Change in January 2022. An  experienced HR Leader she has held key roles in the field including National HR Director in the Health Service Executive, Irelands largest employer. She has worked internationally and served as Global Board Director of the International Coaching Federation .

Rosarii is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified Mediator, Executive and Conflict Coach and holds a BA, HDip, MA and MSc.  A Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors. She currently serves as Board Chair of Pobal.
