T.J. has worked extensively in HR and OD Consulting since graduating from UCD in 1982. He started his career in education before moving from the classroom to working with teachers on a nationwide skills development project before taking up a line management role with an international education and training company, Yago Group. After 4 years, he left in 1992 to join Axis Corporate Training as Training and Development Director, working with a mostly multinational client base.

In 1994, T.J. co-founded Graphite HRM from which (The ODD Consulting Company Limited was formed in 2011) as Director of Consulting Services. He has worked extensively on organisational development and senior management coaching projects over the last 30 years.

TJ has extensive experience in leadership and management development and has facilitated senior executive teams in and has worked on a wide range of Organisational Development initiatives for a variety of multinational organisations. He has been designing and developing cloud-based diagnostic assessments for teams and supporting the roll-out of these as part of and culture change initiatives across Europe and North America.
