This award will recognise how technology, use of analytics and the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI), are being used to enable and support future ways of working, enhance the employee experience, and deliver enhanced people management, HR practices and insights.
Entrants will be able to demonstrate how they have developed a people-centric approach to digitalisation and technology and how the benefits realised have resulted in improved business performance.
Successful entries will demonstrate how the use of technology, analytics, AI has delivered specific benefits for the organisation, while at the same time allowing greater participation, agility, and empowerment of employees. Entries may involve the enhanced use of technology, analytics, AI in any facet of people management, engagement, and development, including job design, flexible / remote working, selection, performance, learning and development, reward, employee self-service and human capital reporting.
