‘How growing the EY Employer Brand and focusing on the Candidate Experience resulted in stronger hires positioning EY for the workplace of the future’
October 2015 saw the start of a 3 year project to transform the EY Ireland candidate experience. The project set out to attract more top talent in a changing workplace. The strategy was to increase engagement with the EY employer brand and provide the best possible experience through innovation. Results include a 124% increase in graduate applications and 31% increase in experienced applications.
The judges commented on innovation, the use of podcasts by graduates for graduates, the excellent KPI’s and measures.
