Carmel Mitchell is an experienced global Human Resources executive with over 20 years of business experience in Asset management, Financial services and Life sciences. Carmel partners with business leaders & HR professionals to align organisational strategy with Human capital strategy to achieve organisational goals. Carmel is Global Head of Talent for Fidelity International and joined Fidelity in 2016. She has previously worked in Operations, Quality, Learning and Development roles and had her own consultancy business for four years.  

Carmel is a fellow of the Charted Institute of Personnel and development (FCIPD) and is a former chair of the Western region; she has an MSc in Human Resource Management, BA in Business and has coaching and facilitation qualifications
