PTSB – People and Culture – One PTSB
This winning initiative emerged from seeking to elevate the employee experience of 300+ Ulster Bank staff joining PTSB. PTSB used the opportunity to not only embrace new colleagues, but also to uplift the experience of existing colleagues. The team did a lot of research on merger and acquisitions and utilised the best of practices from both organisations. There was a clear engagement strategy, training for leaders, and feedback from each cohort to make improvements for the next cohort. The results showed improvements across a number of the organisation’s metrics including a jump in the culture index of 10%.
