‘Planet Success Delivery at Kerry Group’

Kerry Group, the leading taste and nutrition company rolled out Planet Success, a global deployment of Success Factors to streamline and enhance the entire hire to retire processes. This included employee and manager self-service and various mobile enabled modules to meet the needs of employees in over 55 countries.

The project was as much about changing business processes, reducing complexity and increasing speed, as it was a technology deployment. The result enables more informed decision making and organisation design from rich global data in one reliable source. The judges saw this as a change management project delivered well, showing strong links to the business, and leveraging the strength of HR.
