‘From Resilience to Recovery: Our Wellbeing Journey in the OGP’

The Office of Government Procurement People Strategy recognised that a flexible, emotionally-intelligent workforce who are resilient and comfortable with change is critically important for the future.

The judges were impressed with how the team integrated learning from last year’s CIPD awards judging process.  The judges found a comprehensive integrated strategy with huge passion displayed by the team, and clear evidence of positive impact on employees. It was an example of excellent organisational leadership.
