‘Permanent TSB’s Enablement of Hybrid Workplace 2022’

Permanent TSB operationalised their approach to flexible and hybrid working in 2021 by reimagining an employee and customer centric PTSB work environment.

They developed job personas, created career maps for all roles, identifying what elements of their approach applied. They clearly demonstrated to the judges how their HR strategy was delivering positive impact for both employees and the business.

Overall PTSB stood out from the crowd and were considered a worthy winner of this category.
