‘Embrace – Our FINEOS DEI program’

In 2020 FINEOS set a company goal to develop an inclusive culture and bring a sense of belonging to employees in a remote world, and ensure equity through every step of the employee’s lifecycle.  

The judges found that FINEOS team leveraged best practice and external thinking, with practical application.  They adopted a strategic and well-resourced strong change management approach and focused on culture as a critical change enabler.

‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion’

Food+ by Compass made the most of pandemic challenges, leveraging DEI to build a plan to address the business issue.

While early on the journey and with limited resources, the team showed high energy and very strong clarity on their inclusion business objectives.
