Grant Thornton – Embedding a Culture of Workplace Wellbeing
This was an excellent presentation of a wellbeing strategy that was clearly aligned to the business, according to the judges. The strategy had clear aims and objectives and was embedded into business goals and values. Grant Thornton were innovative in how they engaged with their young workforce, giving staff a say from Day 1. They responded to individuals’ needs, brought in policy changes, especially around leave. They have delivered a substantial impact on the business and attrition has reduced.
