This winning entry showed strong evidence of successful talent management initiative focusing on increasing diversity through substantive changes to Bus Eireann’s traditional recruitment processes.  They adopted a very comprehensive approach to remove any access obstacles, through consulting with current apprentices, changing the approach to assessment, moving away from qualifications to aptitude testing. This is part of delivering a wider diversity agenda within Bus Eireann.
