DigitalWell, a business communication solutions company, developed an excellent HR programme. They framed HR as a system, using the metaphor of a House with the rooms being filled as services develop.
There was strong stakeholder engagement in this SME, and the judges heard a comprehensive overview exhibiting honesty and clarity, with evidence of innovation, reflection and learning.

This great piece of work by the Project Foundary was driving digital transformation with robotic process automation, using software to give ownership to contractors and employees to manage their own work and invoicing. It focused on efficiencies and gaining time-a critical resource for a one person HR resource in an growing SME.
