Joe ffrench has more than 25 years HR experience encompassing a variety of roles in the technology, financial services and consulting industries.​

Joe is the EMEA Regional HR Director for Okta since 2022.​

Prior to that he held a number of global, regional and local Irish roles with Microsoft. In his role as Country HR Director he Chaired the Country Leadership Team which developed a new world class campus and brought significant internal investment to Ireland. He previously worked with the Bank of Ireland Group and the Irish Business & Employers Confederation (IBEC).​

Joe is a member of the Organisation & HR Committee of Trocaire and holds an MSc in HR Strategy and a BA in Business & Politics.​

He is married with three children, and lives in Dublin, Ireland. He loves all sports, plays tennis and social soccer, and coaches teenage Gaelic football teams.
