Joyce is the Managing Director of Voltedge Management, a leading Irish HR and Management Consultancy based in Dublin. A Psychologist by training, Joyce has extensive experience in Human Resources Management, strategy and organisational development., She currently is the Honorary Chair of the National Committee of CIPD Ireland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) as well as being a Non‐ Executive Director of CIPD Ireland Ltd. 

Joyce has worked for many years in senior Human Resources positions in a number of significant multinational operations, including Ericsson, Marconi, and Glaxo Wellcome/Glaxo SmithKline, in both local and international positions. Her experience has spanned all areas of HR and has gained significant experience of worked in start‐up’s including the set‐up of a bio‐pharmaceutical European headquarters. 

Joyce is passionate about the alignment of HR with business strategy and having an opportunity to address complex business issues relating to people progressing major change and providing HR advice to senior leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
