In a category which recognises the achievements of early career professionals in HR, the judges were impressed with Marcie’s progression and performance in the past 3 years. Her energy, commitment and HR expertise was evidenced by the achievements of Taxback Group’s HR team in recent years, as Marcie led a variety of driven projects in the areas of employee culture, wellbeing, trust and performance management.

Along with her previous experience, studies and continuous professional development, the judges found Marcie to be this year’s Rising Star.
