Rose is the Head of Capability & Leadership Development with Glanbia. Her role is focused on accelerating the development of critical skills and capabilities to enable current and future growth of the global business.    

Rose has extensive experience working in dynamic, fast-paced and growing global companies across a range of leadership roles in talent, learning, leadership and organisational development in Glanbia, Deloitte and Merrill Lynch. Through her career to date, she has led the development and delivery of numerous market-leading and award-winning talent and learning initiatives. Rose is passionate about realising business value, driving positive culture change and elevating the employee experience through innovative people-centred, business-driven strategies and solutions to accelerate transformation and growth.  

Rose holds a B. Comm. International from UCD, Masters in HR Strategies from DCU, is a qualified EMCC Executive Coach and CIPD Chartered Fellow.
